Sansevieria bacularis 'Mikado'
Mikado Snake Plant features short, tubular, pointed dark green leaves with lighter transverse bands and a shallow groove down the middle on one side, only about 6 to 8 inches popping out of a pot. The leaves are usually densely clustered together, although sometimes placed so as to form a fan. Also known as a Fernwood Snake Plant.
- Light: Low light – This plant needs very little natural light and can be placed almost anywhere.
- Water: Not Thirsty – This plant can go several weeks without water so only water it when the soil completely dries out.
- Tip: This plant grows faster and its colors are enhanced in bright light. This plant needs well draining soil.
