4 Luck Green Glow Trifolium (Shamrock Clover)

‘Green Glow’ is a charming creeping perennial shamrock known for its unique four-leaf clover foliage. Each leaf features soft mint-green tones with rich emerald centers, creating a fresh, eye-catching carpet of color.

In summer, delicate white clover flowers rise above the foliage, attracting butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. This versatile plant works beautifully as a low groundcover, border along paths and walkways, or as a spiller and living soil cover in mixed container gardens.

‘Green Glow’ is also suitable as a lawn alternative and can be mowed to a desired height, though its dainty appearance makes it almost too cute to trim. It naturalizes easily in sunny to partially shaded areas and is a lovely addition to cottage gardens, rock gardens, woodland borders, and green or white themed gardens.

Shamrock Clover Care: Easy

  • Water: White clover performs best in evenly moist soil. It tolerates dry ground but will not spread as much, which is a good thing if you are concerned about the plant spreading out of control.
  • Light: White clover performs best in partial sun but can tolerate full sun.
  • Soil/Drainage: White clover thrives in well-drained, fertile soil with a pH between 6 and 7.
  • Temperature/Humidity: Performs well in average room temperature and humidity levels.
