Hawaiian Spider Plant is an interesting variety that has variegation on its new leaves; as the leaves age, the variegation fades -- giving this houseplant a multicolor look.
- Light: Indirect Sunlight – This plant needs at least some natural light so place it somewhere with windows nearby.
- Water: Thirsty – This plant can only go 1 to 2 weeks without water so check weekly and water when the top two inches of soil dry out.
- Tips: This plant needs well-draining soil.

My plant was well packed, healthy, and much nicer looking than the spider plants in the local garden center.
I was looking for a spider plant with a little something extra, and the bright lime varigation makes it really pop in my livingroom.
My whole order was fabulous, and I can definitely recommend this shop for excellent looking houseplants.
3 Week Update: I already have two spikes on this plant, each at least 14" long, where it wants to produce plantlets for me. It's produced a number of new leaves as well and has filled out even more, so I moved it up into a 6" hanging pot in my kitchen to accommodate the growth.

I got a nice healthy plant, but unfortunately the coloring was more like a standard variegated spider plant, green center with a white border. Based on all the pictures, I was expecting a yellowish center with a green border which is more unusual. None of the pictures showed a white border. Unfortunate.
