Basic Care

 Indirect to low light.

Low. Allow to dry between waterings.

Pink blooms on a long, slender stalk.

Gasteria got its name from it's pink, stomach shaped flowers (Gaster). These plants grow wild in Southern Africa in less than ideal conditions, making them an easy houseplant. Little Warty is a variety that was selected for it's light colored specks or "warts".

Gasteria is easy to please. The main concern is over-watering. Allow them to completely dry out between waterings. They can tolerate low light conditions so they work well in a myriad of spaces inside the home or office.

Feed using Jack's Houseplant Special during spring and summer months to encourage growth.
