One of the most unusual Hoyas, Hoya carnosa 'Compacta Variegata' has the same twisted, waxy leaves and vining growth habit as the classic Rope Hoya. However, the foliage is edged with creamy white and pink variegation, with entire stems occasionally emerging pure pink or white. Also called Variegated Hindu Rope Hoya or Variegated Indian Rope Hoya.
