Gollum Crassula (Jade Plant)

Crassula ovata ‘Gollum’

Gollum is considered a monstrose form of jade plant. The leaves, unlike the flattened leaves of regular jade, form odd tubular, lime green “fingers.” The tip of the leaf is flared, but depressed in the center and often a brilliant, translucent red. With its red-tipped fingers atop a thick, gnarly trunk Gollum is also a great bonsai subject. 

• Light:  Filtered Sunlight – This plant needs bright, filtered light with ample airflow so place in front of a window.
• Water:  Not Thirsty – This plant can go several weeks without water so only water it when the soil completely dries out.  
• Tip: This plant needs porous soil with adequate drainage.
